Below are the recently approved minutes from the June meeting of the Boone County Board. The Board continues to refuse to post these records on the their website as required by 5 Illinois Consolidated Statutes 120/2.06 b.
Please note that I addressed the board on June 16th, voicing my opposition to the reappointment of Dr. Hess and Dr. Frost. The county board did record any of my comments nor even acknowledge my address to them. I find this highly unusual and not in keeping with minutes of the City of Belvidere, District 100 School District and other governmental units.
